Up to no good doing this book. Basically I'm scrapbookin' on pcp. I have no idea what to expect or how long it will take. I should set a deadline. Anyway, here's something to wet your appetite.

Hustle.

A GREAT MONTH - CSSSA 11'

Another summer spent with talented beautiful artist. This is my forth year teaching CSSSA and every year I get attached to my kids. They have a way of growing on you. The whole experience is unexplainable. From the teachers to the students, it's all good energy. Thanks to my students and to my co-workers for continually refreshing my eyes to the love that art can generate. To my pescados, you all are super cool kids!

The Mountain...thoughts on my book.

So I finally decided to publish a book. At this point I have most of the drawings done but still need to get down to some of the writing. The imagery is intense and I kept it secret for almost a year, unless you came over to my home, in which case I have probably presented it to you with a smile and commented "enjoy." It's not that the drawings are masterful, it's the subject. It's is "perverse," raw and sexual. I love the reactions. I want the text to come in and carry that same feeling. Anyway... I'm researching and finding all sorts strange fetishes I didn't know existed and intense names for almost comical experiences. The whole things is bizarre but I hope it lends for some creative writing. I'm a bit timid about putting it out in the world because I know how some ppl will jump to conclusions or judge me. I just hope I get more positive feedback than negative.

So here's a tease, taste, a nib lit to: "CUM AROUND THE MOUNTAIN"

Commission

Some test for a commission I got recently. Still need some work. I don't have much time though. These are mock ups for the original paintings that will be around 7-12 ft in size. I have to make 4-5. Lots of work. I have to be really careful about what colors I use because the walls were they will be hung are vibrant green and orange. I KNOW!!! GREEN AND ORANGE?!!! Also, the site is a commercial building/business so I must make sure that the mood of the work is sensible and not wrist cutting material. Here's what I have thus far:

I know... still pretty dark. I like the top one. =)
