CHARCOAL AND COMMENTS

Loose drawings. I had been feeling very restricted in my drawings lately and needed a FULL day of drawing freely. Often I see young kids come into my class anxious to do good work but the first thing they do is tighten up. Usually this is something they have picked up somewhere along from a previous instructor. Notice I have NO FORMULA guidelines. My lines are an attempt at organic and free flowing thoughts. Number one rule in loosening up is..well there are two actually, 1) draw in a large scale 2) Do Not use graphite, stick w/ a medium like charcoal that can cover a large space in a short time.

Enjoy... I really like these.
